Meet the founders
The Hier Arch Founders have a combined 30 years experience working with real clients on their brow journeys: Racheal Hawkins in the brow and cosmetic tattoo field, treating patients for brow hair loss and conditions such as alopecia and trichotillomania; and Ashlee Kerford, an advanced brow stylist and cosmetic tattooist who also has expertise in restoring brows. Our work deeply embedded the understanding that brows create expressions frame the face that makes our individual selves.
