CHANGE OF MIND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Hier Arch is committed to ensuring the highest hygiene, health and safety standards with all products. With cosmetics and wearables, particularly the goods sold by Hier Arch, it is strongly recommended that the goods are used by a single person and not shared amongst several people.

To ensure proper hygiene and health and safety standards are always maintained, Hier Arch is unable to accept the return of goods or exchange of goods if you change your mind.

This includes all tools, equipment and any other products sold on ur website.

Course sales: all online courses and trainings are final, there are strictly no returns or refunds on any course purchases. 

In addition to our Terms and Conditions, this Returns Policy sets out our policies and procedures in relation to “change of mind” purchases of certain of our Products ordered by you.
