MEET THE FOUNDERS
Racheal Keeley
My journey started when I switched my architecture studies for a beauty diploma. I trained with an international certification with the pure idea of wanting to do something fun and creative.
Creating a product line and training program that helps clients and our students achieve effortless, natural-looking eyebrows has been a true passion of mine.
The past nine years, I have solely focused on cosmetic tattooing and brows, training other artists, and building my own salon here in Perth.
Ashlee Kerford
My story starts back in 2006 when I was just 17 and completed my diploma in beauty therapy. from
there I soon came to realise that I much preferred waxing and makeup side of beauty, keeping in
mind brows were not a thing in 2006!
When Microblading first came on the scene in Perth, I was reluctant to consider this service, as I had seen far too many botched jobs...7 years ago, I found a technique that was quality and waited to train with Racheal at Hier Arch, knowing that these techniques would give great results to my clients.
Training with Hier Arch has allowed me to give my clients the BEST results, so when the opportunity to join Hier Arch as a trainer became available, I jumped at it knowing firsthand how amazing these techniques are.
